Football Practice for the 23/24 fall season starts Monday July 31. Practice will run
daily from 5:30-7:30. Make sure you have your physicals completed and you are registered on Register My Athlete.
WCS families, help spread the word! NEW and RETURNING student registration is open (through July 1) for the 2023-24 school year. We appreciate parents completing all registration components (pre-registration, registration, accompanying forms, etc.) before the end of the year, so that WCS can make important hiring decisions. The process can be completed in less than 10 minutes!

Student email explaining a favorite science project: "The science project was a rocket that holds an egg, and the goal is for the egg to last more than 8 seconds in the air whilst taking minimal damage. Also, we had to devise a parachute to help make the egg stay in the air. To do this we made a rocket out of a 2 liter bottles of Soda and we filled it with 800-1000 milliliters of water. Then Mr. McCollom added air pressure and we would release it and the rocket would soar." -- Patryck

For Teacher Appreciation Week, Lakeview Middle School students recently surprised Gloria Reichard (English as a New Language Specialist; Interpreter & Translator - Spanish; and Parent Liaison).
Judy Becker (ENL: English as a New Language Teacher) organized the THANK YOU celebration for students to show their appreciation to Mrs. Reichard who has served Warsaw Community Schools for 23 years helping Newcomer students transition to American schools and learn English. Mrs. Reichard is highly respected by her peers and treasured in this community.
